COSTS

Rental                        € 109 per night for 1 guest. € 9 extra per guest per night.

Cleaning                  € 50 per stay (including bedlinnen/towels)

Deposit                     € 200 per stay (will be returned within 1 week after your

                                  departure, minus possible damage)

Dog                           € 25 per stay

Breakfast                  € 17,50 per person per day (flexible choice for days)

Washing machine/dryer  €  3 per machine per load

At booking confirmation 50% of the total amount needs to be paid. The remaining amount needs to be paid at least 2 weeks before your arrival.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation within 48 hours after booking - no charge, full refund

Cancellation at least 1 month before arrival - full refund minus € 50 admin fee

Cancellation at least 14 days before arrival - 50% refund

Cancellation in the last 14 days before arrival - no refund, only return of the deposit and the cleaning fee

We advise our future guests to get cancellation insurance to cover the risk in case you need to cancel.
