Huur per nacht € 121 voor verblijf van 1 gast, plus € 11 per extra gast.

Schoonmaakkosten € 60 per verblijf
Borg € 200 per verblijf (wordt binnen een week na vertrek aan u
geretourneerd, min eventuele aangebrachte schade)
optioneel:
Hond € 25 per verblijf
Ontbijt € 17,50 pp per keer
Wasmachine/droger € 3 per apparaat per keer
Jacuzzi € 15 per sessie (max 2 uur) incl gebruik badjassen/badslippers
Bij reservering wordt 50% van de huurprijs in rekening gebracht. Het resterende bedrag dient uiterlijk twee weken voor uw aankomst te worden voldaan.

At booking confirmation 50% of the total amount needs to be paid. The remaining amount needs to be paid at least 2 weeks before your arrival.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation within 48 hours after booking - no charge, full refund
Cancellation at least 1 month before arrival - full refund minus € 50 admin fee
Cancellation at least 14 days before arrival - 50% refund
Cancellation in the last 14 days before arrival - no refund, only return of the deposit and the cleaning fee
We advise our future guests to get cancellation insurance to cover the risk in case you need to cancel.
(If we get a new booking for dates cancelled by you, we are willing to be flexible regarding the cancellation conditions).
